The polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride used in the invention has the advantages of good water solubility, easiness in washing, low foam, no odor and no spots, has activity in hard water and soft water, has good bactericidal activity and extremely low metal corrosion in a pH range of 2-11, and also has good high-temperature stability. The shaddock peel extract has corrosion inhibition performance as an acid liquor corrosion inhibitor, can lock the nutrition of fruits and vegetables as much as possible, and can also avoid from hurting hands.
