The method comprises the steps of determining a sending end identifier and a receiving end identifier of to-be-sent message data; determining a target tunnel identifier based on the sending end identifier and the receiving end identifier; extracting verification information from a tunnel table based on the target tunnel identifier; establishing a target tunnel between the sending end and the receiving end based on the verification information and generating a session key; encrypting the message data through the session key to generate encrypted data; and sending the encrypted data to the receiving end through the target tunnel. According to the message data transmission method, device and system provided by theinvention, the problem of insufficient security in the existing terminal can be overcome, and confidentiality and integrity protection is provided for transmission of the message data between the terminals.
