Problems solved by technology

[0004] (1) The horizontal electrochemical cell adapted to the existing quartz crystal microbalance cannot be adapted to the fluorescence spectrometer, and the incident light cannot be positioned on the sample attached to the quartz crystal sheet;
[0005] (2) The electrolyte cannot be quantified: the amount of electrolyte usually cannot be calibrated in the electrochemical cell;
[0006] (3) Adsorption and reaction species cannot be determined: Quartz crystal microbalances have extremely high sensitivity, and the gravity of the electrochemical cell solution itself has a great influence on its measurement results, and the gravity changes produced by physical adsorption and chemical reactions cannot be distinguished;
[0007] (4) Conventional electrochemical cells do not meet the test requirements for water and oxygen sensitive systems;
[0008] (5) The conventional electrochemical cell cannot avoid the corrosion of the main body of the chemical cell by the organic electrolyte

Abstract

The invention relates to an in-situ electrochemical cell for combining an electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance and a fluorescence spectrum. The in-situ electrochemical cell comprises a polytetrafluoroethylene solution cell, a horizontal cell loaded at a horizontal section and an observation channel at a cross section, wherein the horizontal cell comprises a shockproof thickened base, a first detachable cover and a second detachable cover; the observation channel is loaded at the upper part of the electrochemical cell and comprises an incident light path, a reflected light path and a pyramid quartz window; the first detachable cover and the second detachable cover are provided with three electrode fixing blocks for respectively placing a working electrode, a reference electrode and acounter electrode so as to form a three-electrode system; a light through hole is formed in the second detachable cover so as to enable the working electrode to receive fluorescence spectrum lighting; and a light path conversion device is arranged in the cross section to enable signal light reflected by the working electrode to reach a signal receiver in the horizontal direction. The problems that a conventional in-situ electrochemical cell is incompatible with a fluorescence test system, and due to insufficient solution gravity and sealing performance, the electrochemical cell leaks liquid or is not suitable for testing a water-oxygen sensitive system are solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of electrochemistry, and specifically relates to an in-situ electrochemical cell for the combined use of electrochemical quartz crystal microbalances and fluorescence spectra. Background technique [0002] Electrochemical research has now reached the molecular level, but only indirect information about the system can be obtained purely through the electrochemical workstation, which reflects the overall properties of the system, and cannot provide data on the composition and structure of the system or the material composition during the reaction process. Fluorescence spectroscopy is an advanced analytical method with the characteristics of high analytical sensitivity, strong selectivity and ease of use. The high sensitivity of the fluorescence analysis method makes it possible to detect the micro-analysis of certain substances in grams of 10 -10 class. And it has high selectivity, especially for organic com...
