The method can comprise the following steps of: obtaining contrast data of a current frame of a target part; determining whether the swing of the ultrasonic probe reaches a preset correction condition or not according to the positioning information of the ultrasonic probe; if yes, correcting the contrast data, and generating a four-dimensional time rendering image based on the corrected contrast data; and if not, generating a four-dimensional time rendering image based on the contrast data. By applying the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the problem of color disorder of a rendering result of time imaging caused by image deviation caused by swing of the ultrasonic probe can be effectively avoided, meanwhile, adjustment of contrast image deviation does not need to be achieved through time-consuming and low-efficiency three-dimensional feature matching operation, and the four-dimensional contrast image generation efficiency is improved.
