Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a system for establishing a biological edge identification system. The change of key interaction can be simply and efficiently found out to serve as a biological identifier of disease occurrence and development. According to the technical scheme, the method comprises the following steps: collecting dual-state data; selecting a gene pair of which the correlationmeets a significant difference condition; for the gene pairs with the correlation meeting the significant difference condition, converting expression value data of the gene pairs into edge data representing the correlation through matrix transformation; and finding out the gene pair with the optimal classification capability in the edge data by applying a feature selection algorithm, and taking the gene pair with the optimal classification capability as a biological edge identifier, thereby establishing a biological edge identification system.
