The system involves an adding machine, a no-sense radio frequency reader-writer and an electronic tagarranged at the bottom of an LPG steel cylinder, wherein the bottom of the LPG steel cylinder is placed on the no-sense radio frequency reader-writer; the no-sense radio frequency reader-writer is incommunication connection with the adding machine; the adding machine comprises a box body, a filling pipeline arranged in the box body, and an electronic control system arranged in the box body; the filling pipeline comprises an adding pipeline and a gas returning pipeline; the adding pipeline comprises a liquid inlet, a filter, a flow meter, a temperature transmitter, a first solenoid valve, a pressure transmitter, and an adding muzzle; the gas returning pipeline comprises a one-way valve, and a second solenoid valve; and the flow meter, the temperature transmitter, the first solenoid valve,the pressure transmitter and the second solenoid valve are all electrically connected with the electronic control system. The no-sense radio frequency reader-writer acquires information recorded in the electronic tag and then sends the information to the electric control system, the electronic control system verifies and checks the information, the above solenoid valves are controlled to inflate the steel cylinder after the steel cylinder is qualified, and information such as pressure and temperature in the filling pipeline is collected.
