Problems solved by technology

[0005] In order to overcome the deficiencies of the existing active rotor system in unbalance vibration suppression, especially the problem that it is difficult to achieve high-precision positioning when the rotor system needs to accelerate and decelerate in the entire speed range, the present invention provides a rotor unbalance coefficient variable angle iteration The unbalance compensation method of searching, based on the real-time vibration information of the rotor system, through variable-angle iterative search to identify the rotor unbalance coefficient online, actively compensates the unbalance of the rotor system, and realizes the suppression of unbalanced vibration in the entire speed range

Embodiment Construction

[0056] The specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0057] Such as figure 1 As shown, the present invention proposes an unbalance compensation method for variable-angle iterative search of rotor unbalance coefficients, including vibration signal processing, variable-angle compensation algorithm search for identification coefficients, and compensation current calculation. The unbalance compensation method of the present invention can be applied to an active rotor system with an active control unit, such as an AMB rotor system. In principle, it uses a special variable-angle iterative search unbalance compensation method to conduct online identification of the rotor unbalance coefficient. Combined with the detection device of the speed of the rotor system, the rotor rotation angle and the dynamic model of the rotor system, the unbalance of the active rotor system can be compensated onl...

Abstract

The invention discloses an unbalance compensation method for rotor unbalance coefficient variable-angle iterative search. The method comprises the steps of vibration signal processing, variable anglecompensation algorithm recognition coefficient searching and compensation current calculation, wherein a vibration signal processing module calculates a rotor unbalance vibration signal amplitude according to rotor vibration information, rotor rotation angle information and rotation speed information; the variable-angle compensation algorithm is used for searching for recognition coefficients, the rotor unbalance vibration signal amplitude serves as the judgment basis, the unbalance coefficients are repeatedly identified and optimized through a variable-angle iterative search method, and a set of unbalance coefficients enabling the unbalance vibration amplitude to be reduced to the minimum are obtained through iteration. Corresponding compensation current is calculated according to the unbalance coefficient and input into the electromagnetic coil to restrain unbalance vibration of the rotor. The method can be used for an active rotor system with an active control unit, unbalance on-line compensation of the active rotor system is achieved, and unbalance vibration in the acceleration and deceleration operation process within the whole rotating speed range is restrained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a compensation method used in an active rotor system, in particular to an unbalance compensation method for variable-angle iterative search of rotor unbalance coefficients. Background technique [0002] With the increasingly mature technology of Active Magnetic Bearing (AMB), AMB has been widely used in high-speed rotating machinery such as compressors, flywheel energy storage and molecular pumps. In the rotor system of AMB high-speed rotating machinery, due to factors such as machining errors and uneven materials, the centroid and mass center of the rotor will not coincide. During the rotation of the rotor, this misalignment will introduce an unbalanced excitation force of the same frequency to the rotor system, which will excite the vibration of the rotor system, and in severe cases, the rotor will not work properly. Therefore, suppressing the unbalanced vibration of the AMB rotor system is a necessary condition to ensure it...
