Problems solved by technology

However, it only considers the static pressure of the patient and does not consider the biomechanics of the tester. Therefore, the insoles prepared by this method do not conform to the biomechanics of the patient. Affects hips, knees, etc.
[0004] In view of this, it is necessary to provide a method of making a convex pad structure for walking instability and an orthopedic insole to solve the existing problems

Abstract

The invention provides a manufacturing method of a convex pad structure for walking instability, which comprises the following steps of: (1) data acquisition: measuring plantar static pressure data and plantar dynamic pressure data by using a plantar pressure plate, and the plantar dynamic pressure data comprises dynamic pressure distribution, a gait line and a gait period; (2) data analysis: analyzing plantar static pressure data and plantar dynamic pressure data; (3) preparing an insole body: based on the plantar static pressure data, performing insole modeling by utilizing a correction module database in Easy CAD software, and importing plantar dynamic pressure data to prepare the insole body; (4) partitioning the insole body; and (5) preparing a convex pad structure: determining the shape of the convex pad structure by utilizing a dynamic pressure distribution test result, determining the specific position of the convex pad structure on the insole body by utilizing a gait line anda gait period test result, and preparing the convex pad structure on the upper surface of the insole body by utilizing a 3D printing technology. The invention further provides the orthopedic insole.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of orthopedic insoles, in particular to a method for manufacturing a convex pad structure for unstable walking and an orthopedic insole. Background technique [0002] In daily life, the general population often suffers from unsteady walking when walking. Generally speaking, frequent sprains can cause ankle instability, heel pain and discomfort with the forefoot when standing for a long time, and wear and tear on the metatarsal bones is also the cause of unstable walking. Unsteady walking can lead to uneven force on the arch of the foot. If left untreated for a long time, it will lead to abnormal walking posture, which will seriously affect the hips, knees and other parts. Seriously affect people's life, work and study. Currently, wearing orthotic insoles is proven to be one of the least risky and scientifically effective ways to treat foot symptoms. [0003] At present, there are mainly the following meth...
