Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a torsion-tension relationship measuring device and method for an aircraft hinge structure. The torsion-tension relationship measuring device comprises a hinge structure and a torsion-tension relationship measuring module; in the hinge structure, a bolt penetrates through a double-lug structure and a bearing, and the threaded end of the bolt is screwed andfixed through a nut; and, in the torsion-tension relationship measurement module, a stop chuck and a force bearing baffle are provided with through holes for bolts to penetrate through, one end of arotating shaft is fixedly connected with a motor, the other end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with a nut sleeve, a port of the nut sleeve is clamped on a nut of a hinge structure, and aninput torque sensor is arranged on the rotating shaft. The bolt further penetrates through the stop chuck and the force bearing baffle, the bearing baffle, a bolt head is fixed through the stop chuck, the force bearing baffle makes contact with the side, close to the bolt head, of the double-lug structure, and the force bearing baffle and the stop chuck are connected with the torque and tension sensor. According to the embodiment of the invention, the problem of measurement of the torsional-tensile relationship of the typical hinge structure is solved, and the torsional-tensile relationship of the typical hinge structure can be effectively measured.
