The method comprises the steps of determining one or more users with regular movement tracks in a to-be-classified userset; determining one or more target users and service preferences of the one or more target users from the one or more users according to the service information related to the one or more users; anddetermining recommended content according to the service preferences of the one or more target users. According to the method of the invention, one or more users with regular activity tracks are determined in the to-be-classified user set, one or more target users are determined according to the service information related to the one or more users, and the recommendation content is determined according to the service preferences of the target users, so that more accurate portraying, classification and recommendation are carried out on the users.
