The cell reselection method comprises the steps: acquiring reselection information related to cell reselection, the reselection information comprising cell-level reselection parameters of a neighbor cell; and executing a cell reselection process according to the cell-level reselection parameter and the reselection conditionof reselecting to the neighbor cell. In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal can acquire the cell-level reselection parameter of the neighbor cell, and cell reselection is carried out basedon the cell-level reselection parameter, so that the quality of the reselected cell can be ensured to meet the residence requirement, and the problem of unstable terminal connection after cell reselection is avoided.
