The ureterorenoscope system comprises a flexible ureteroscope and a hard guide sheath component, wherein the hardguide sheath component is used for carrying the flexible ureteroscope; the hard guide sheath component comprises a guide sheath; the guide sheath is a long-stripy tube matched with the flexible ureteroscope; the flexible ureteroscope is inserted into the guide sheath till the head end of the hard guide sheath component is parallel to the head end of the guide sheath or slightly exceeds the head end of the guide sheath, and thus the flexible ureteroscope has functions of a hard ureteroscope; and the guide sheath is used for carrying the flexible ureteroscope to enter a ureter through a urethrato a pelvis hole, the guide sheath is stopped being pushed, and the flexible ureteroscope is continuously pushed into a pelvis. By adopting the ureterorenoscope system, the flexible ureteroscope can be accurately inserted to the position of the pelvis in place at one time, convenience in use is achieved, injury of a patient can be reduced, and the operation cost can be lowered.
