A micro-electric path is built by regulating an aggregation structure of the micro-nano particles in the matrix at an external field to serve as a circuit protector. Compared with the instantaneous power-off characteristic of the existing temperature-sensitive resistor, the temperature-sensitive resistor has a power-off protection function, so that the damage to inductive load equipment caused by sudden switching of the on-off state of the circuit is eliminated. Moreover, the sensitivity of the temperature-sensitive resistor can be designed basedon the external field regulation to meet requirements of different temperature intervals; and the polymer-based temperature-sensitive resistor has high applicability and stability. The whole temperature-sensitive resistor is simple to manufacture, adjustable in appearance and small in occupied space.
