The invention relates to a polar frozen earth cooling drilling device and method.The polar frozen earth cooling drilling device and method are provided tosolve the problemssuch as wellbore instabilityand deformation caused by the change of drilling temperature due to the friction and heat generation of a drill bit in polar environment.According to the polar frozen earth cooling drilling device and method, the function of maintaining low-temperature environment in well drilling is achieved through the circulation of low-temperature foam drilling fluid, the provided drilling device is providedwith an empty interlayer and a hole groove structure, the circulation of the low-temperature foam drilling fluid in a drilling sampler is achieved, the cooling effect is achieved, and contact with thewellbore is avoided. Compared with a conventional drilling device, the polar frozen earth cooling drilling device can maintain the stability of the wellbore and protect a rock sample in the polar frozen earth environment.
