The method includes: obtaining visual data in a visible area of a target camera, wherein the visible area is a range where the target camera performs visual data collection for a traffic management area of an AGV driving path; detecting, basedon the visual data, a moving object in the visible area of the target camera; and controlling the AGV currently in operation when it is determined by the detecting that a moving object exists in the visible area. According to the invention, when a moving object is detected in the visible area of the target camera, the AGV currently in operation is controlled. Since the target camera can perform visual data collection for a traffic management area of an AGV driving path, the management of AGVs that require traffic management is ensured, and occurrence of AGV collision accidents is avoided.
