Abstract

The invention relates to a magnetically-packaged electrochemical gas sensor and a packaging method thereof, the electrochemical gas sensor comprises a sensor and a base, wherein the sensor comprises an upper cover plate (11), a sensor chip (12), a substrate (13), a magnet ring (14) and a metal thimble (15); the base comprises a magnet ring (21) and a spring needle (22). The sensor chip (12) is a micro-spacing electrode of a three-electrode coplanar system. The electrode is mounted on the substrate (13); electrical conduction is realized through a metal thimble (15); the magnet ring (14) is located between the upper cover plate (11) and the substrate (13) and made of magnetic materials, the upper cover plate (11) and the substrate (13) are plated with metal nickel layers at the position ofthe magnet ring (14), wherein the upper cover plate (11), the substrate (13) and the magnet ring (14) are tightly combined through magnetic force. Therefore, the magnetically-packaged electrochemicalgas sensor is detachable, easy to replace and good in maintainability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of gas detection instruments, in particular to an electrochemical gas sensor packaged by magnetic suction. Background technique [0002] With the development of sensing technology, gas sensors are generally widely used in petrochemical, industrial production, medical, aviation and household life and other fields. With the development of Internet of Things technology, the application requirements of gas sensors are also increasing. In recent years, gas sensors based on electrochemical technology have been rapidly developed and widely used. [0003] The basic elements of a typical electrochemical sensor are: a working (or sensing) electrode, a counter electrode, and usually a reference electrode. The aforementioned electrodes are attached to the sensor, lined with electrolyte. The electrodes are located on the inner surface of a diffusion membrane, which is porous for the detection substance to pass through, but impe...
