The constant current / constant voltage control method comprises the following steps of: the step 1: constructing a PS-S compensation topology; the step 2: detecting and calculating the amplitudes and the phases of the voltage and the current of a primary side, calculating the mutual inductance, the load and the current and the voltage of a secondary side, and completing parameter identification; and the step 3: designing aconstant current / constant voltage control scheme. The mutual inductance, the load and the electric parameters at the secondary side are identified by detecting the voltage and the current of the primary side to achieve constant current / constant voltage control of the system.
