The content change of the bedrock lithology indication element in different diagenetic stages is determined by adopting the lithology index N for eliminating the porosity influence, the correlation between the bedrock lithology indication element and the bedrock lithology indication element is established by extracting the logging response characteristics, and lithology quantitative identification is performed by taking the critical interval of the element content change as the basis. Natural gamma and N-value envelope area are applied to directly and qualitatively indicate lithology of the buried hill bedrock; the indication effect of the trace element selenium on the lithology of the buried hill bedrock is determined; and the natural gamma and N value envelope area are calibrated by using the selenium content, and a quantitative identification standard of bedrock lithology is established.
