Abstract

The invention discloses a noise reduction method and a noise reduction system for engine characteristic parameters. The noise reduction method for the characteristic parameters of the engine comprises the following steps: firstly, decomposing a time sequence by utilizing an empirical mode decomposition (EMD) method to obtain an intrinsic mode component and a trend component of the characteristic parameters of the engine; then respectively resampling the intrinsic mode component and the trend component to discretize the intrinsic mode component and the trend component; and finally, carrying out data reconstruction on the intrinsic mode matrix and the trend component matrix obtained after discretization so as to remove correlation between time domain data variables and remove information redundancy between engine characteristic parameters, so that denoising and reconstruction of the characteristic parameters are completed.
