Embodiment 1

[0035] Taking the investigation of the submerged plant biomass in a certain water area of Hangzhou West Lake as an example, the main communities of the submerged plant in this water area are bitter grass and black algae, and the method of the present invention can be utilized to investigate the submerged plant biomass in this water area.

[0036] A method for measuring the biomass of submerged plants without damage in situ, the steps are:

[0037] (1) Fence the waters and set up cross-sections: 8 waters quadrats will be enclosed in a certain waters of Hangzhou West Lake under investigation, and marked in order. The average area of the waters quadrats is 4000m 2 , the cross-section design is carried out in the sample quadrat, the average section interval is 8m, each sample has 3 sampling points, and the surveyed water area is 38000m 2 .

[0038] (2) Determination of the characteristic parameters of submerged plants: the survey was carried out with the average ship speed of...

[0053] Taking the investigation of the submerged plant biomass in a certain water area of Wuhan East Lake as an example, the main communities of the submerged plant in this water area are hornwort, galeria, and black algae. The method of the present invention can be used to investigate the submerged plant biomass in this water area.

[0054] A method for measuring the biomass of submerged plants without damage in situ, the steps are:

[0055] (1) Fence waters and set up cross-sections: 15 waters quadrats were enclosed in a certain waters surveyed in Wuhan East Lake, and marked in order. The average area of waters quadrats was 3300m 2 , the cross-section design is carried out in the quadrat, the average cross-section interval is 10m, each quadrat has 3 sampling points, and the surveyed water area is 50000m 2 .

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for in-situ no-damage determination of the biomass of a submerged plant. The method comprises the following steps: (1) fencing a water area and setting a section; (2) determining characteristic parameters of the submerged plant: determining the height of the submerged plant in the section of the water area of quadrats along the section by utilizing an echo detector fixed on a running ship; (3) calculating SPVI: exporting quadrat section results determined by the echo detector; (4) building a regression model; (5) utilizing an inverse distance weight space interpolation method in AcrGIS software to perform spatial interpolation on the results exported by echo detection; (6) calculating an average value of the water depth, the height of the submerged plant and the cover degree obtained by the inverse distance weight method; and (7) investigating the future biomass of the submerged plant in the water area or the same type of water area, and obtaining the water depth, the plant height and the cover degree of the water area through the echo detection. The method is easy to implement, simple and convenient to operate, free of damage in situ and accurate in estimation, and is suitable for investigation of submerged plants in lakes and other shallow water.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of lake water ecological investigation, and more specifically relates to a method for in-situ non-damaging investigation of the biomass of submerged plants in shallow water bodies such as lakes. Background technique [0002] As the primary producers of aquatic ecosystems, submerged plants are an important part of lake ecosystems and an important basis of water food chains. It plays an irreplaceable role in the aquatic ecosystem. Submerged plants in shallow water such as lakes interact with the environment, and their growth and development and population structure can objectively reflect changes in the quality of the water environment. In eutrophic water bodies, submerged plants control the abnormal proliferation of planktonic algae by absorbing nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus in the water body, absorb suspended particles in the water body, and inhibit sediment resuspension, etc., so that the lake can mainta...
