Abstract

The invention discloses an LED module sealing process. The LED module sealing process comprises the following steps: (1) a lamp shell and a lens are molded; and an LED lamp bead, a lead and a PCB areassembled to form a light source module; (2) sealing glue is dispensed in a first glue groove; and the sealing glue is dispensed in a second glue groove; (3) the light source module in the step (1) ismounted on the lamp shell treated in the step (2); (4) the lens treated in the step (2) is buckled on the lamp shell treated in the step (3); and the lens and the lamp shell are pressed to tightly bond the sealing glue in the first glue groove and the second glue groove; (5) screws are screwed in a through hole and a screw column in the step (4) to fix the lens and the lamp shell; (6) the glue isdispensed at the head parts of the screws assembled in the step (5) for waterproof sealing; and (7) the module is stood; and the sealing glue is cured. Through bonding of the sealing glue in the gluegrooves, the sealing of the connecting place between the lamp shell; and the lens is realized; through glue dispensing of the head parts of the screws, the further sealing of the connecting place ofthe screws is realized; the sealing process is simple; and the sealing performance between the lens and the lamp shell is excellent.
