Abstract

The invention provides a flood estimation method for drainage basin lacking actual measurement runoff data based on regional division. The method comprises the following steps: A, acquiring historicalflood event data of a plurality of first basins within a first time range in a predetermined region; B, constructing a watershed complex network in a predetermined region; C, performing regional division on the drainage basin in the predetermined region by utilizing a cluster recognition algorithm; D, establishing an intra-regional flood estimation model; and E, carrying out design flood estimation on the second drainage basin in the predetermined area by adopting an intra-area flood estimation model. According to the method, the watershed with the same flood seasonal property is classified through the flood concurrency characteristics, the watershed flood characteristic homogeneity in the region is ensured, and the regional flood model is more reliable. A cluster recognition algorithm isadopted, manual setting of the drainage basin classification number is not needed, the classification result can filter out the category (such as the category only containing one drainage basin) withthe small drainage basin number, and the drainage basin homogeneity in the large category is guaranteed.
