Abstract

The invention discloses an efficient treatment device and method for benzene-containing organic waste gas in a refinery plant. The device includes a benzene absorption unit and a waste gas incineration unit. The benzene absorption unit includes a mixer, an absorption column and a rich liquid pump. A waste gas inlet of the mixer is connected to a first pipeline, an outlet of the mixer is communicated with a first inlet disposed at the lower part of one side of the absorption column, and a second inlet at the upper part of one side of the absorption column is connected to a second pipeline. Therich liquid pump is connected between a liquid outlet at the bottom of the absorption column and a rich liquid inlet of the mixer. The waste gas incineration unit includes a first draught fan, an incineration furnace and a chimney. A vent port at the top of the absorption column is communicated with a bottom gas inlet of the incineration furnace through a third pipeline, the first draught and a gas feeding valve, and used for feeding organic waste gas discharged from the absorption column into the incineration furnace for sufficient cracking after the waste gas is pressurized. A vent port at the bottom of the incineration furnace is communicated with the chimney through a venting valve and a pipeline. The device can achieve the purpose of up-to-standard emission of the benzene-containing organic waste gas in refinery plant without generation of secondary pollutants.
