The electromagnetic valve b is opened, the pneumatic motor is started, under driving of the pneumatic motor, the sweeping rod overcomes the tensile force of the tension spring and linearly moves along the lead screw along with the sliding block nut, and purging is implemented on a radiator of an air compressor; and the electromagnetic valve b is closed, and the sweeping rod does the resetting motion under the action of the tension spring.
