Abstract

The skin regulation and control water includes, by mass, the following components: 0.01%-20% of a humectant, 0.01%-15% of an emollient, 0.01%-15% of a surfactant, 0.001%-5% of an antiseptic agent, 0.01%-5% of essence, and 60-98% of acidic electrolyzed water. The invention also provides a preparation method of the skin regulation and control water. The method includes the following steps: (1) stirring and dissolving part of the humectant, the emollient, the surfactant, the antiseptic agent, and the essence to form a phase 1; (2) addingpart of the essence to acidic electrolyzed water to form a phase 2; (3) adding the humectant, , the emollient, the surfactant, the antiseptic agent, and the essence to the acidic electrolyzed water to form a phase 3; and (4) adding the phase 1 and the phase 2 to the phase 3, stirring uniformly, adjusting the pH to 4.5-6.5, and obtaining the skin regulation and control water.
