Benefits of technology

This patented technology allows for efficient management of inventory by optimizing its use based on factors like frequency or productivity changes over time. It also includes feature-based scheduling techniques where orders from different sources may be placed next together without interruptions during peak periods when there's no expected increase in output due to unexpected events. Additionally, it suggests locking down certain parts within specific areas while still allowing other parts to work properly with each other. Overall, this system improves efficiency and adaptability across diverse types of manufacturing processes.

Problems solved by technology

The technical problem addressed by this patented method relates to accurately distributing different types of materials during manufacturing processes without stopping at certain points along their route. This requires accurate inventory management systems with real-time monitoring capabilities over large distances between locations where each part needs it most often.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for predicting sequential piece distribution in a product queue based on dynamic adjustment in a multi-variety and small-batch flexible assembly production process. The method comprises the steps that 1, according to a production plan, the actual time when a product passes through a preceding station and the abnormity in production, calculating the expected point passing time of a subsequent material distribution point of the product in a workshop; 2, according to the material distribution period, locking a corresponding in-process product; 3, calculating a material distribution plan according to the locked in-process product queue; And 4, distributing the materials according to the material plan. The invention aims to solve the problem of disordered material distribution and reduce the influence of plan change and abnormal production on material distribution, especially the influence on sequential material distribution, as much as possible under the condition that the production is not influenced.
