The invention provides a host machine of an IVC experimental animal box, wherein the top of an exhaust fan is connected with an exhaust pipeline; the exhaust pipeline is connected with a first internal circulation pipeline and is arranged in a height direction of a box after being bent; a sterilizing gas inlet is arranged on the box of the exhaust fan; the box of the exhaust fan is connected withan air return pipeline; the air return pipeline is arranged in the height direction of the box; the first internal circulation pipeline is connected with a blower box; a second internal circulation pipeline is arranged in the height direction of the box; the second internal circulation pipeline is butted with the air return pipeline; the first internal circulation pipeline is connected with an airinlet pipeline; the bottom of the blower box is connected with an air supply pipeline; the bottom of the blower box is provided with a sterilizing gas outlet; and the sterilizing gas outlet is connected with a sterilizing gas inlet through a sterilizing pipeline.
