Problems solved by technology

However, at present, similar deployment support devices at home and abroad are mainly deployed by means of electromechanical control, which makes the overall mass of the deployment device too large, and the envelope after being folded is also relatively large, thereby increasing the cost of use of the spacecraft

Embodiment Construction

[0028] The specific implementation manners of the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. The following examples are used to illustrate the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

[0029] see Figure 1 to Figure 2 , a thin-walled rod supporting device driven by inflation in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, including a roller 4, a flexible hook and loop component 2, and a thin-walled rod 1 with one end arranged on the roller. The thin-walled rod includes a symmetrically arranged upper The support wall 5 and the lower support wall 6, the upper support wall and the lower support wall are all made of flexible materials, and the thin-walled rod is also provided with a tubular airbag 3 extending from one end of the thin-walled rod to the other end of the thin-walled rod to control the thickness of the thin-walled rod. The connecting rod me...

Abstract

The invention relates to a thin-wall bar support device unfolded by driving of air inflation. The thin-wall bar support device comprises a roller, a flexible adhesive buckle assembly, a thin-wall barwith one end arranged on the roller, and a link mechanism controlling recovery of the section of the thin-wall bar in the roller, the thin-wall bar comprises an upper supporting wall and a lower supporting wall which are arranged symmetrically, the upper supporting wall and the lower supporting wall are both made from flexible materials, a tubular air bag extending from one end of the thin-wall bar to the other end of the thin-wall bar and a built-in air pillow assisting the recovery of the section of the thin-wall bar are further arranged on the thin-wall bar. The flexible adhesive buckle assembly comprises a flexible adhesive buckle male paste arranged on the upper surface of the upper supporting wall and a flexible adhesive buckle female paste arranged on the lower surface of the lowersupporting wall. The double-link mechanism in the roller is connected with the bar wall of the thin-wall bar, and a sliding shaft of the double-link mechanism is fixed to the roller. After the sectionis restored in place, flexible adhesive buckles and clamping pins arranged at the top of the mechanism are used for double locking. A section recovery mechanism is located on the eccentric position of the roller. According to the thin-wall bar support device unfolded by driving of air inflation, the weight is low, and the volume is small after the spreading thin-wall bar support device is closed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an unfolding supporting device for a flexible unfolding structure such as a solar cell array and a film antenna, in particular to a thin-walled rod supporting device driven by inflation to expand. Background technique [0002] With the continuous deepening of human space activities, more stringent requirements are put forward for the performance parameters of the flexible unfolded structure, such as the unfolded size and quality. In recent years, due to the advantages of light weight and high storage ratio, flexible unfolding structures have played an increasingly important role in space missions such as manned spaceflight, deep space exploration, and asteroid resource exploration. However, at present, similar deployment support devices at home and abroad are mainly deployed by electromechanical control, which makes the overall mass of the deployment device too large, and the envelope after folding is also relatively large, the...
