[Solution] This module supporting device 10 is configured by being provided with: a base 18 fixed to the ground; a rotating body 20 which rotates in a horizontal direction with respect to the base 18; a horizontal rotation drive means 22 which rotates the rotating body 20; a support body 24 which supports the gravity center of a solar cell module 16; a vertical rotation drive means 26 which rotates the solar cell module 16 in a vertical direction; and a control device 28 which controls driving of the horizontal rotation drive means 22 and the vertical rotation drive means 26.
