Abstract

The present application relates to an on-line detection device and method for bus capacitance of a frequency converter and a frequency converter. Wherein, the on-line detection device for the inverter bus capacitance includes a DC power supply circuit, a detection capacitor, a detection resistor, a peak detection circuit and a controller for connecting to the frequency converter. The DC power supply circuit can charge the bus capacitor of the inverter; the detection capacitor and the detection resistor are connected in parallel at both ends of the bus capacitor; the peak detection circuit is respectively connected to the detection capacitor and the detection resistor to obtain the peak value signal of the voltage transient variation of the bus capacitor , and transmit the peak signal to the controller. The controller obtains the internal resistance of the bus capacitor based on the peak signal. The aging of the bus capacitor can be judged more accurately through the change of the internal resistance of the bus capacitor; based on this, the frequency converter can diagnose the internal resistance of the bus capacitor at the milliohm level, making the aging test more accurate. At the same time, the diagnostic process of online detection of internal resistance can be carried out automatically without manual intervention, improving the efficiency of testing.
