The display module is electrically connected to the control computer, and the self-service bill paying device is electrically connected to the control computer. The control computer is used for judging whether the commodities are expired or not. According to the self-service bill paying system based on the radio frequency identification, the radio frequency identification tags are introduced on the basis of an existing self-service bill paying device, and the shelf life of the commodities is judged through the recorded commodity information, so that the commodity quality of commercial retail enterprises is effectively guaranteed, and customers are avoided to buy expired commodities which endanger the health and safety of the customers.
