Problems solved by technology

[0003] The existing on-line monitoring devices for surge arresters mostly use the method of monitoring the leakage current flowing through the arrester. Due to the strong electromagnetic field in the substation and the dynamic characteristics of the leakage current of the arrester, the data collection is not ideal.

Embodiment Construction

[0010] Such as figure 2 As shown, the present invention provides a method for monitoring the breakdown of parallel arrester groups based on grating temperature measurement, which includes the following steps: first, a fiber optic grating temperature sensor is evenly installed on the outer wall of the insulating porcelain bottle of the arrester group, and the temperature data of the arrester group is collected. The obtained optical signal is demodulated and converted into a digital signal through the data acquisition device. The wireless transceiver device packs the digital signal and transmits it to the data processing device through wireless mode. When the data processing device finds that the temperature of the arrester group exceeds the threshold, it will alarm.

[0011] Wherein the data processing device collects the temperature data of the arrester group in real time, compares the temperature data with the historical temperature data of the arrester group, and compares th...

Abstract

The invention relates to a parallel lightning arrester group breakdown monitoring method based on grating temperature measurement. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: uniformly installing optical fiber grating temperature sensors on the outer walls of the insulating porcelain insulators of a lightning arrester set, collecting the temperature data of the lightning arrester set, demodulating an obtained optical signal into a digital signal by means of a data acquisition device, packaging the digital signal through a wireless transceiving device, and transmitting the signal to a data processing device in a wireless mode; sending out an alarm when the data processing device finds that the temperature of the lightning arrester set exceeds a threshold value. Trials show that, the method can effectively solve the problems of electromagnetic interference and dynamic characteristics, and improve the reliability of use. The method further has the following advantages:the temperature data of a lightning arrester can be monitored accurately and timely under the condition that the normal working condition of the lightning arrester of a direct-current circuit breakeris not influenced at all. Meanwhile, an alarm is given out when the lightning arrester is broken down.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for monitoring the breakdown of a parallel lightning arrester group based on grating temperature measurement. Background technique [0002] In the smart substation, important data is required to be monitored online in the monitoring background. The parallel arrester group of DC circuit breaker is of great significance in the conversion process of DC operation mode. The breaking of the DC circuit breaker is divided into: forced current zero-crossing stage, medium recovery stage and energy absorption stage. Energy absorption is achieved through parallel arrester groups. If the parallel arrester group has a non-linear volt-ampere characteristic inconsistent with other arresters, it will result in the energy absorbed by the parallel arrester group being shared by one arrester, that is, the breakdown arrester flows through a large current. , generate a lot of heat and even explode. By monitoring the temperature of the ar...
