The method comprises the steps that the AGV trolleys transmit working state information to a control center, whenelectric quantity of the AGV trolleys is lower than a preset value, the control center generates a charging task according to information of estimated electric quantity, positions of the AGV trolleysafter task completion and the position of a charging station and sends the charging task to the AGV trolleys, and after completion of the current task, the charging task is executed for charging theAGV trolleys. Information of the electric quantity and positions of the AGV trolleys is monitored in real time so that when the electric quantity of one AGV trolley is low, the AGV trolley can enter acharging sequence in advance for charging, and after task completion, the AGV trolley with low electric quantity can be charged; when there are more AGV trolleys to be charged, a target SOC value ofcharging completion is adjusted to avoid that the AGV trolleys wait in line, the work task and charging task of the AGV trolleys are reasonably deployed, and the work efficiency of the AGV trolleys can be effectively improved.
