Member nodes decide a check rule of an intelligent treaty, and record scores at the same time ofnodes applying for joining are checked; the intelligent treaty determines whether scores of the nodes applying for joining are greater than or equal to a preset value according to obtained scores; ifyes, a consensus mechanism is scheduled, N member nodes are selected and N notifications are sent to the N member node; if member nodes think that the nodes applying for joining meet a condition, themember nodes agree and record approval information in a block chain account book; if the approval information recorded in the block chain account book is greater than or equal to a preset proportion,the intelligent treaty verifies whether information of the nodes applying for joining is legal; and if the verification succeeds, the nodes applying for joining join in the block chain. Through adoption of the method, the nodes depend on the authentication center less, the check process is simplified, and then the efficiency of joining in the block chain is further improved.
