Abstract

The invention provides a safety analysis method for gearbox gears of heavy haul vehicles. The method is characterized in that the method includes in real time monitoring and collecting a vibration signal of a gearbox gear of a to-be-detected heavy haul vehicle, and selecting the optimal index subset with the maximum correlation and the minimum redundancy through distance based sensitive factors and maximum information coefficient (MIC); and establishing a belief rule-base (BRB) and ER inference based model according to selected representative indexes, and performing dimensionality reduction and de-correlation on the characteristic vectors consisting of running state parameters of a heavy haul vehicle gearbox so that the high accuracy analysis of the safety states of the heavy haul vehiclegearbox can be obtained.
