Abstract

The invention provides a pot utensil. The pot utensil comprises an outer pot layer and an inner pot layer disposed on the outer pot layer, wherein the inner pot layer is used for being in contact withto-be-cooked food materials. The pot utensil further includes a first temperature sensor and a heat insulating sheet, wherein the first temperature sensor is disposed between the outer pot layer andthe inner pot layer and is used for detecting the temperature of the inner pot layer. The heat insulating sheet is disposed on the surface of the outer pot layer orienting to the inner pot layer and is separated between the first temperature sensor and the outer pot layer. Through adoption of the technical scheme, the heat insulating sheet is disposed on the outer pot layer and separated between the first temperature sensor and the outer pot layer, and so, heat transfer of the outer pot layer to the first temperature sensor can be insulated, thereby reducing or avoiding the test impact of theouter pot layer on the first temperature sensor, and the measurement accuracy for the inner pot layer is improved.
