The top face of the charging groove is provided with an opening used as a feed inlet, the water gushing groove is installed on the bottom face of the charging groove, and the charging groove communicates with the water gushing groovethrough a water gushing component arranged on the bottom face of the charging groove. The water accumulation groove is arranged below the water gushing groove through an installation support, the charging groove is provided with a water drainage component used for draining water in the charging groove into the water accumulation groove, the charging groove is provided with at least one dischargeoutlet, the water gushing groove is provided with at least one water inlet, and the water accumulation groove is at least provided with one water outlet. Water flow is pumped into the water gushing groove through a water pump, water flow gushes out of a water gushing grid below materials, and therefore the materials are promoted to be dispersed in water. In the dispersed state, impurities in all dead corners in the materials can be carried by water flow to flow out of the water drainage grid easily. By means of the machine, materials can be scattered and flow, violent collision is prevented from being caused to the materials, and the material damage possibility is reduced.
