The NB-IOT technology based elevator intelligent ventilating system comprises an environment monitoring module, a micro processor module, a ventilating device and an NB-IOT wireless module, wherein the environment monitoring module comprises a smoke sensor, a smell sensor and a temperature sensor; the smokesensor, the smell sensor, the temperature sensor, the ventilating device and the NB-IOT wireless module are separately connected to the micro processor module; the micro processor module is used for receiving three environment factor data of smoke concentration, air quality and temperature, judging a preset grade which corresponds to each environment factor datum, screening out the environment factor with the highest grade, and controlling the ventilating device to ventilate according to the environment factor with the highest grade; ventilating grade of the ventilating device is equal to thegrade of the environment factor with the highest grade; and the NB-IOT wireless module is used for transmitting the three environment factor data and the ventilating grade of the ventilating device toa monitoring terminal. The NB-IOT technology based elevator intelligent ventilating system has the beneficial effects of regulating gas exchange speed to accurately regulate air quality in the elevator according to environment factor in the elevator.
