Problems solved by technology

The frightening thing about tumors is that they will metastasize distantly and develop into new tumor lesions, which are life-threatening! Under the current technical conditions, it is impossible to control and cure the malignant tumors that occur, and once the tumor cells are distantly transferred to other tissues, it is difficult to collect the deep signal
[0003] How to reduce and capture tumor cells as early as possible, timely and accurately has a crucial role and far-reaching significance for the treatment of potential or confirmed tumor patients! However, there is currently no device and method for enriching and circulating tumor cells in vivo, and it is difficult to detect tumor cells in circulating blood through in vitro blood sampling tests. The number is limited, it is difficult to carry out further detection analysis and modification of treatment plan
Tumor diagnosis information obtained by physical means such as CT scans and nuclear magnetic resonance is generally already in the middle and late stages of the tumor, and often cannot achieve the purpose of early diagnosis and early treatment

Abstract

The invention provides a device and a method for in vivo enriched detection of tumor cells. The device comprises a dispersing enrichment cavity, wherein the cavity is filled with magnetic beads made of magnetic materials; the surfaces of the magnetic beads are modified with antibodies for enriching circulating tumor cells or specific aptamers or imprinted primitives and a fluorescent material; a magnetic field is arranged outside the cavity; the magnetic beads in the dispersing enrichment cavity suspend and disturb in the cavity under the action of the magnetic field. When blood of patients flows through the dispersing enrichment cavity, the magnetic beads in the cavity adsorb, grab and enrich the circulating tumor cells possibly existing in the blood; on the one hand, the aim of reducingand removing the tumor cells in circulating blood is achieved; on the other hand, the occurrence and development process and degree of the tumors in a body are further judged by tumor gene detection of the cells enriched on the magnetic beads, and a further treatment scheme is formulated according to the detection results. The invention fills up the blank in the in vivo enriched detection of tumordiseases at home and abroad.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a device and method for in vivo separation, enrichment and detection of tumor cells transferred in blood circulation, and belongs to the technical field of blood component separation and detection. Background technique [0002] Studies have shown that tumor cells fall off from solid tumor lesions (primary tumors, metastases) into the peripheral blood of the human body due to spontaneous or diagnostic and therapeutic operations. Depicts the development of new metastatic tumor lesions. The frightening thing about tumors is that they will metastasize distantly and develop into new tumor lesions, which are life-threatening! Under the current technical conditions, it is impossible to control and cure the malignant tumors that occur, and once the tumor cells are distantly transferred to other tissues, it is difficult to collect the deep signal. [0003] How to reduce and capture tumor cells as early as possible, timely and accurate...
