Problems solved by technology

[0004] The disadvantages of this method are: not only the production cycle is long, it takes twice the dyeing time, but also the production efficiency is low, especially there is an additional washing and color fixing process, which wastes energy resources.
[0006] The disadvantage of this method is that the dyeing effect is poor and the color fastness is low

Embodiment 1)

[0023] The nylon / cation dyeable polyester fabric one-bath two-step dyeing method of the present embodiment has the following steps:

[0024] ① Immerse the nylon / cation dyeable polyester fabric in the pretreatment solution, perform pretreatment at room temperature (20°C in this example) for 30 minutes, and then pickle.

[0025] This pretreatment liquid is an aqueous solution containing 2.0 g of refined emulsifier per liter.

[0026] Among them, the refined emulsifier used is SEM-35N refined emulsifier produced by Shinshou Chemical Co., Ltd., and its main component is polyoxyethylene nonylphenol ether.

[0027] The nylon / cation dyeable polyester fabric used in this embodiment is 65% nylon+35% cationic dyeable polyester interwoven knitted fabric.

[0028] ②Immerse the fabric after the pretreatment in step ① in the dye solution with pH=4.5, dye nylon at 90°C for 45 minutes, then raise the temperature to 115°C, and dye cationic dyeable polyester for 45 minutes.

[0029] This dye ...

Embodiment 2~ Embodiment 4)

[0035] The dyeing method of each embodiment is basically the same as that of Example 1, and the differences are shown in Table 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a one-bath two-step dyeing method for a nylon / cationic dyeable polyester fabric. The method comprises the following steps: 1, immersing the nylon / cationic dyeable polyester fabric in a pretreatment liquid, pretreating the fabric at room temperature for 10-60 min, and then pickling the pretreated fabric; 2, immersing the treated fabric obtained in step 1 in a dye solution containing a cationic dye and an acidic dye and having a pH value of 3-7, dyeing a nylon fiber at 80-100 DEG C for 30-60 min, raising the temperature to 100-130 DEG C, and dying a cationic dyeable polyester fiber for 30-60 min; and 3, washing the dyed fabric obtained in step 2 with water at room temperature, discharging the obtained solution, and carrying out acidic color fixation at 50-70 DEG C for10-30 min. The method has the advantages of short process flow, low energy consumption, good dyeing effect and high color fastness (reaching level 4 or above).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of textile printing and dyeing, and in particular relates to a one-bath two-step dyeing method for nylon / cation dyeable polyester fabric. Background technique [0002] At present, there are mainly two dyeing methods for nylon / cation dyeable polyester fabrics: [0003] (1) Two-bath method: That is to say, the cationic dyeable polyester fiber is first dyed, and after being washed and fixed at room temperature, the nylon fiber is over-dyeed. [0004] The disadvantage of this method is that not only the production cycle is long, twice the dyeing time is required, but also the production efficiency is low, especially the addition of a water-washing and color-fixing process, which wastes energy resources. [0005] (2) One-bath one-step method: soak the pretreated fabric in the dye solution containing cationic dyes and acid dyes, and simultaneously dye cationic dyeable polyester fibers and nylon fibers at a temper...
