Abstract

In the present invention, when a network performs measurement configuration of the terminal, the measurementreport path configuration is also configured for the terminal. According to the measurement configuration of the network, the terminal selects an appropriate path to perform the measurement uploadingof the network after the corresponding uploading condition is met, thereby solving a measurement problem in the LTE and NR interoperation scenarios.
