[0023] Glycine, disodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, Tween-20 and protease inhibitors were all purchased from Sigma-Aldrich, USA. Bovine serum albumin (BSA) was purchased from Merck, Germany. Cy3 fluorescence was purchased from Amerhsma, USA. Other chemical reagents were of analytical grade without further purification before use. All experimental water was ultrapure water treated by Milli-Q50 pure water system (Millipore, USA). Sephadex G-25 column desalting was purchased from GE Healthcare, USA. Chip hybridization kit was purchased from Bio-Rad, USA. Other common glassware are all made in China. Thirty-seven lectins (see Table 1 for specific names) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich and Vector, Germany, respectively.

Abstract

The present invention proposes the application of a combination of lectin probes in identifying the pregnancy of Qinling and Sichuan golden monkeys based on urine protein glycoforms. The lectin probe combination is a combination of PSA, BS‑I, GSL‑II, DBA and PHA‑E+L; if the sample detection result shows that the expression of PSA, BS‑I and GSL‑II is up-regulated, and DBA and PHA‑E Downregulation of +L expression indicates that the corresponding subject was pregnant at the time of sampling. Using the invention to identify the pregnancy status of golden monkeys in Qinling and Sichuan is fast, simple and accurate, and the realization cost is low.
