The power supply control circuit includes a power detection circuit, a control signal circuit and two or more field effect transistor (FET) driving circuits, wherein the input terminal of each FET driving circuit is used for connecting different types of charging power supplies; thecontrol terminal of each FET driving circuit is connected with a control signal circuit; the output terminal of each FET driving circuit is connected with a power supply of the control circuit; the power supply detection circuit is used for connecting the charging power supply and the external controller, and the control signal circuit is used for connecting the external controller; the output voltage of the external power supply is detected by the power supply detection circuit; the control signal circuit controls the field effect transistor driving circuits of the charging power source withthe highest output voltage to conduct, and the charging power source with the highest output voltage supplies power to the control circuit; and by means of the low conduction resistance of the fieldeffect transistor during conducting, the heat loss can be effectively reduced when passing through the large current, thus improving the reliability and stability of the system.
