The limiting steel bar comprises a left section, a middle section and a right section, wherein the left section and the right section are L-shaped, the middle section is U-shaped, the bellows is located in the middle section, and the left section and the right section arewelded on the skeleton steel bar. The opening direction of the middle section of the limiting steel bar is away from the curvature center of the bellows at the limiting steel bar.
