Problems solved by technology

Most of the traditional theoretical and numerical calculations are carried out on the basis of simplified medium models. Since the entire formation medium is approximately equivalent to a homogeneous medium, the electromagnetic parameters of the formation in the study area are averaged to obtain their parameter values, thus making the calculation results There is a large discrepancy with the actual formation medium parameters, which affects the accuracy and precision of analytical or numerical calculations

Embodiment Construction

[0034] In order to make the objects and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described here are only used to explain the present invention, not to limit the present invention.

[0035] The magnetic couple source model in a multilayer inhomogeneous medium is as follows: figure 1 shown. In practical applications, the time-harmonic magnetic couple source can be located in any layer of the multi-layer medium, figure 1 Indicates the case where the source is in medium 1. When a low-frequency alternating current is passed to the transmitting coil, the electromagnetic field in the medium 1 (active region) is composed of two parts: one part is the field generated by the magnetic couple source in the infinite homogeneous medium, that is, the primary field; the other part is the passive field The field in the region is the fiel...

Abstract

The invention discloses a calculating method for the apparent conductivity of multi-layer media. Calculating is conducted through a following formula (please see the specifications for the formula), according to the formula, sigma 1 is the upper surrounding rock conductivity, sigma 3 is the lower surrounding rock conductivity, and sigma 2 is the middle formation conductivity; G<infinity> is thefull space propagation effect factor; G<2> is the propagation effect factor of the medium 2; and the G<3> is the propagation effect factor of the medium 3. The apparent conductivity of four layers of geoelectric cross sections is calculated through an electromagnetic wave propagation theory, and the root-mean-square error is lowered by 12-45% compared with an undisturbed formation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of electromagnetic wave propagation, in particular to a method for calculating the apparent conductivity of a multilayer medium. Background technique [0002] The propagation of electromagnetic waves in multilayer media has a wide range of applications in geological exploration, microwave imaging, downhole wireless monitoring and many other fields. In the field of geophysical exploration, because the earth medium has a layered structure, and most geology is a lossy medium. In the detection of underground targets, it is often encountered that the detection target is buried in a multi-layer medium. It is of great significance to study the propagation characteristics of plane electromagnetic waves in multi-layer lossy media. The frequency-domain electromagnetic method uses the layered earth as the propagation medium, and the electromagnetic wave passes through different medium layers from the emission point to the detec...
