Abstract

The invention discloses an unmanned transporting system based on machine vision. The system comprises a moving mechanism and a carrying mechanism connected with the moving mechanism through mechanicalcomponents. The system further comprises an upper computer, a lower computer, a camera assembly and landmarks. The upper computer, the lower computer and the camera assembly are all arranged on the carrying mechanism. The landmarks are arranged on target locations where the moving mechanism need to arrive. The camera assembly obtains the direction and distance information of the landmarks and transmits the information to the upper computer. The upper computer performs machine vision calculation on the information obtained through the camera assembly, plans a moving path and transmits the planned moving path to the lower computer. The lower computer instructs that the moving mechanism move to all the target locations according to the planned moving path. By means of the transporting system, defects of traditional transporting operation are overcome, the transporting target locations are identified through machine vision of the system, the number of operators is decreased, the productive force is emancipated, meanwhile, site paving is facilitated, input of manpower resources is reduced, and the cost of the transporting system is lowered.
