One end of the catheter has a spherical head structure; the side wall, close to the spherical head end, of the catheter is provided with a urethral catheterization hole; the other end of the catheter is provided with a urine bag connector; a connection plate is arranged on the urine bag connector; a fixing plate vertical to the catheter is movably arranged on the connection plate; one side, facing the spherical head end, of the fixing plate is provided with an LED lamp; a guiding lamp shade which enables light to be directed to the spherical head is arranged around the LED lamp; and the fixing plate is also provided with a convex mirror located above the LED lamp for reflecting an object at the spherical head into eyes of a patient.
