The translator includes: a store information collector for collecting pictures and geographical locations of stores to be identified; a memory for storing store push information of an existing store; a processor configured to receive a picture of a store to be identified and a geographicalposition sent by the store information collector and obtain store push information of the identified store from the memory; a translator, which is used for receiving the geographical position sent bythe store information collector, the store push information sent by the processor, and obtaining the store push information described in the official language of the country to which the user belongs; and a display screen for receiving and displaying store push information described in the official language of the user's country sent by the translator. Through the translator or the method or thedevice, the related pushing information of the recognized store can be obtained and translated by identifying a store picture taken by a user.
