The method comprises the following steps of pumping the internal environment of a container into a vacuum environmentand injecting a medium to be measured into the container; observing and controlling a liquid gas amount, using a sensor to collect a temperature and the intensity of pressure in the container, and sending to a measuring and controlling instrument, and uploading to a detection control module; feeding back the environment in the container according to the collected data by the measuring and controlling instrument; and recovering the environment in the container to standard atmospheric pressure and taking the medium to be measured. By using the measurement and control method of the medium parameter, problems that the parameters of upper steam and a bottom liquid in the container can not be acquired in real time and at the same time; and feedback control can not be performed on the medium to be measured in the prior art can be effectively solved.
