The microbial foliar fertilizer is prepared from 50-70 parts of molasses, 3-5 parts of bacillus subtilis, 10-20 parts of amino acid, 1-5 parts of citric acid, 5-8 parts of Na-EDTA, 2.1-3 parts of sodium tetraborate, 3.2-4 parts of zinc sulfate monohydrate;, 3.2-4 parts of manganese sulfate monohydrate, 0.5-1 part of ammonium molybdate and 40-50 parts of water. The invention further discloses a preparation method for the microbial foliar fertilizer for improving the plant adverse resistance. The preparation method comprises the following steps that (1) the molasses and the bacillus subtilis are coupled so as to obtain a base material I; (2) the water is added into a second reaction kettle, heating is carried out to reach 30-40 DEG c, then the amino acid and the citric acid are added so as to obtain a mixed solution; and (3) then the Na-EDTA, the sodium tetraborate, the zinc sulfate monohydrate, the manganese sulfate monohydrate and the ammonium molybdate are sequentially added into the second reaction kettle and are subjected to mixed reaction, after the reaction is completed, the basematerial I is added, and filtering is carried out so as to obtain the microbial foliar fertilizer.
